AHC BECOMES MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER IN XLII BIOCHAR INCORPORATED

September 21, 2022

For most of 2022, AHC's Senior Management Team was looking for an acquisition of a product based company.  This made good business sense as for several years AHC was focused on research and development of industrial hemp varietals within the state of Nevada.  As economic realities developed, warnings of soil health management and diminishing nutrient availability, government policies changes and the proliferation of well-funded private and academic industrial hemp varietal research and development emerged, it was time to pivot the company to embrace a broader more vibrant sector of agricultural opportunity.  We believe with the formation of XLII BioChar Incorporated, AHC has enabled its future operations to embrace a variety of products, programs and solutions.  AHC's President & Chief Operating Office, Bob Daniell, was named as CEO of XLII BioChar Incorporated.  Bob recently stated that AHC will more than likely transform into foremost a holding company with limited operations that will service existing customers.  AHC will continue to create asset based subsidiaries to include in the near future AHC Ventures, an LLC that will focus on  Special Purpose Vehicles.  These subsidiaries will focus on the combination of configuring biochar and industrial hemp solutions.

AHC CONTINUES ITS MICRO-BIOREFINERY JOURNEY

September 2, 2022

The best work is when business and fun are intermingled. After taking the California Zephyr train from Reno to Denver, AHC Management visited PUREHEMP TECHNOLOGY LLC (PureHemp) to get a capabilities overview of the Continuous CounterCurrent Reactor (CCR) technology. Bio-refinery development and commercialization are strategic thrusts for both AHC and PureHemp. Carl Lehrburger, Founder and Director hosted AHC’s Bob and Olive Daniell. Following a corporate information exchange, Carl toured The Daniell’s around the sprawling industrial PureVision Technology, Inc. campus in Fort Lupton, Colorado that includes PureHemp’s botanical, fiber processing and CCR operations.

AHC’s vision of a network of micro-biorefineries that are configurable and aligned to each agricultural region’s unique attributes, can be greatly supported by CCR according to AHC President & COO, Bob Daniell.  “I learned along time ago as an Army Ranger that scaleability and mobility are keys to success.” “Carl and co-founder and brother Ed Lehrburger are truly experts and visionaries in the field of sustainability,” adds Olive Daniell.

Given Bob’s strong project management experience and his knowledge, skills and abilities in leveraging lean six sigma continuous process improvement, AHC is poised to work with PureHemp in developing biorefinery projects with a focus on advanced manufacturing using industrial hemp derivatives. Some of the many applications of bio refineries  including supplying pulps and hemp derived intermediates to industries of today and of the future are biomimicry, nanotechnology, soil microbial development, bio chemicals, biofuels and lignin-based solutions.

AHC'S RETAINS ITS FEDERAL CONTRACTOR STATUS FOR 2022-2023

June 9, 2022

As a small business, AHC looks to many channels to promote its capabilities.  One of these is its ability to look like a supplier with Fortune 500 company status in the eyes of the Federal Government.  In renewing its USFCR Support Agreement, AHC maintains its status in the family of trusted partners including Amazon, USAA, General Electric, and many others who keep this nation going.  Working with USFCR means having the same resources that were once only available to the largest Fortune 500 companies.  Bob Daniell, President & COO of AHC recently stated, "Given our personnel relationships with the DoD, being a member of the USFCR provides AHC the ability to compete on even ground.  As AHC moves closer to its manufacturing goals, building on its legacy as a nanotechnology cellulosic research and development company, AHC will be able to position itself as a competitive supplier for advanced refinement of industrial hemp based products."

AHC'S PRESIDENT AND COO PARTICIPATES IN EXECUTIVE ROUNDTABLE ON BUSINESS GROWTH IN A POST-COVID WORLD

May 12, 2022

Several global leaders joined across diverse industries collaborated on what it will take to grow business in a post-covid world.  Most felt that the impact of the post-covid phenomena was probably just an interlude.  The meeting was facilitated by a well-known Canadian management consultant and discussions were focused on approaches to business sales and revenue growth.  One such methodology is the INTERRUPT - ENGAGE - EDUCATE - OFFER  approach.  We discussed different buyer scenarios: future, soon-to-buy and now.  According to data research, the group  learned that 80% of sales happens between the 5th and 12th contact.  We discussed the DRIP CAMPAIGN sequence of value-added communiques sent to prospects and how the success of a campaign can be measured with the key performance metric being "the money in the bank".  Additionally, the data research showed that 34% of buyers will buy more items at the time of the primary buy.  Think about purchasing a car and then you get hit with all the accessories.  It seems we all hate to be sold but we love to buy!
